Shipping Policy
It is our aim to dispatch your order to you at the very earliest opportunity. Currently we are quoting 7–10 working days from the date your order is placed with us, for items in stock. We will endeavor to send them earlier if possible. In the event an item is required urgently, please contact our office and we will see if an earlier dispatch /quicker delivery service can be offered. Please note additional carriage charges may apply.
If for any reason we are unable to meet our 7-10 days turnaround we will communicate this to you at the very earliest opportunity.
We work tirelessly to ensure the website is kept up to date. In the event you place an order with us for an item which is not in stock we will contact you to inform you and keep you updated with an estimated time of arrival. If a delay is expected, we will let you know. If the delay is unacceptable to you, we will be happy to issue you a refund and contact you once the item has arrived to us.
Some items on the website may be collection only. Collection will be from our business premises at L33 7UY. We will endeavor to accommodate a date and time convenient to you.

Shipping Costs:
- Click and collect service: Once you order has been placed, our customer service team will contact you regarding a mutually convenient collection date and time. Please note, once a collection date has been confirmed goods can only be held for a maximum of 7 days unless agreed otherwise.
- Shipping for purchases up to £50: £6.95
- Shipping for large purchases up to £150: £9.95
- For purchases over £150: Free
- For Furniture and Mirrors quotation for shipping is on an individual basis. POA
For Bulky and Fragile items quotation for shipping is on an individual basis.
Returns and Refund policy
It is our hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Very Verity Interiors. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind then you may wish to return it to us for a full refund excluding original postage costs.
Please contact us by email at enquire@veryverityinteriors.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned to us new, unused and in their original packing. Please ensure the returns are packed sufficiently to ensure they arrive back safely to us. As failure to do so, resulting in damage to the item, may mean we are unable to process a refund for you.
Every effort is made to ensure the goods we sell are described accurately. All sizes are approximate. We are happy to provide additional information should you require it. However, please note we are unable to accept returns of glass products for bubbles or glitter products for loss of glitter as these are seen by the manufacturer to be natural characteristics and not indicative of a fault.
Return of damaged and faulty goods
Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives to you safely. In the rare event you receive an item damaged or broken we kindly request you contact us within 24 hours of receipt as regretfully we are unable to accept responsibility for damaged goods reported after this time.
We kindly request you provide us with images showing the damage clearly, including any damage to the packaging also. Images must be received by us within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery in order we can make our courier aware accordingly. Any delay in receiving the images may affect our ability to make a claim against our courier and therefore refund you in full.
Once liability has been accepted we will issue a full refund including postage costs. We aim to do this within 7 days.
