These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Very Verity Interiors through our website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the goods shown in your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example where an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or description error, or we are unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are those applicable at the time an order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
If we discover an error affecting the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before fulfilling the order. You will be given the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item/order as appropriate.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, measurements, photographs and prices are accurate.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Some decorative products may have variations arising from their materials or method of manufacture. Such variations do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.
Delivery
Delivery charges and available delivery methods are shown on our website and/or at checkout.
Our current delivery options include Standard UK Delivery, Bulky Delivery, specialist delivery for certain bulky or fragile products, Free Local Delivery where available subject to the applicable minimum spend, and Free Click & Collect.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Your rights to cancel an eligible online order and return goods are governed by UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
Bespoke & Personalised Products
Certain products made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right to cancel for change of mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Wedding & Event Orders
Wedding orders, event hire and bespoke wedding services may be subject to separate booking terms supplied to you when making your booking.
Where separate booking terms apply, they form part of the agreement between you and Very Verity Interiors.
Nothing in those terms affects your statutory rights.
Website & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including our original photographs, text, graphics, branding and designs, is owned by or licensed to Very Verity Interiors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
